Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2025 is a state-level examination conducted once a year for candidates aspiring to become teachers in primary (Classes I to V) and upper primary (Classes VI to VIII) schools in Uttar Pradesh. - Exam Pattern: UPTET consists of two papers:
- Paper I: For candidates aspiring to teach Classes I to V (Primary Level)
- Paper II: For candidates aspiring to teach Classes VI to VIII (Upper Primary Level)
Each paper contains 150 multiple-choice questions for 150 marks. The duration for each paper is 150 minutes. There is no negative marking. - Paper I Subjects:

- Language II (Hindi/Sanskrit/English/Urdu)

- Certification Validity: 7 years
