Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the notification for the IBPS Clerk 15th Recruitment 2025 (now referred to as Customer Service Associate) for a total of 10,277 vacancies across various banks and states.
Important Dates:
• Online Application: 1st August – 21st August 2025
Eligibility: - Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Local language proficiency required (reading, writing, speaking, understanding) for the State/UT applied for. Exempted if studied local language at 10th grade or above.
- Age limit (as on 01.08.2025): Typically 20-28 years. Age relaxation for reserved categories as per rules.
Application Fee:- General/OBC: ₹850
- SC/ST/PwBD/ESM: ₹175
Selection Process:- Preliminary Exam (Online, qualifying nature – English Language, Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability; 100 marks, 1 hour)
- Mains Exam (Online, General/Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Quantitative Aptitude; 155 questions, 200 marks, 120 minutes)
- Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) (Mandatory and qualifying)
- Document Verification before final appointment
Key changes this year:- Post renamed to Customer Service Associate.
- Basic pay: ₹24,050–₹64,480 plus allowances.
- Revised Mains pattern (155 questions, 120 minutes).
- Compulsory Language Proficiency Test after mains.
- DigiLocker integration for certificate uploads.
- Edit window after registration closure for corrections.
